Q: What are the main functions of MyASUS?

A: MyASUS is an all-in one’s app. It allows you to run a system checkup so you can know the condition of your products. Also, it provides customer support and then you can contact ASUS by phone, email or online chat. If your product is in repair, you can also search for repair status by RMA number/ product S/N. In addition, you can purchase an extended warranty easily.

Q: What is system diagnosis for?

A: It allows you to know the overall condition of your product. It lists eight common scenarios encountered with PC devices and a one-click overall Hardware check. Each scenario comes with a brief description and allows you to identify the scenario you have encountered and select the corresponding Checkup. If the result of the checkup indicates that there are some problems with your product, the app will direct you to apply for an online RMA or to the closest service center nearby. (Based on different countries)

Q: How to activate the checkup of system diagnosis?

A: Click the [Checkup] below any of the scenarios to start the test. For example, click the [Checkup] below the Hardware check. The time required for the tests to complete will vary, so please be patient as some may take several minutes.

 Once the test is completed, click [Last result] to view the test results.

 

Q: How do you purchase warranty extension for your product?

A: You can purchase ASUS premium care with one click within MyASUS app. Remember to register and become an Asus member first. Afterwards, register for your product and you can purchase an ASUS Premium Care for your product. Please be informed that the qualification of purchasing an ASUS Premium Care is to buy it within 180 days of the purchase date of your product.

  1. Click “Premium Care” and select the warranty extension options
