This website and all other ASUS products are for the sole intended use of ASUS and for ASUS customers to purchase products offered for sale on the eStore website.

  • ASUS is not responsible for any typographical or specification errors.
  • Orders can be cancelled at any time and for any reason without advanced notification.
  • All prices, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours and will not be processed during weekends and/or holidays.

Please keep in mind, regardless of product or shipping option, all orders require 1-2 business days prior to shipment.

Orders over $500.00 are subject to verification and contacted by phone / email to confirm order prior to processing order for shipment.

Applicable sales tax will be charged for all Canadian orders.


ASUS eStore will accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Payment is never taken by telephone, email, Live Chat, or fax.

The following payment options are not accepted: Net Terms, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, and Electronic Funds Transfers. Due to address verification requirements, we are unable to accept payment with: International Credit Cards and Pre-Paid Visa/MasterCard gift cards


ASUS eStore orders are shipped with UPS. Upon selecting your desired shipping option, please remember to add the standard two (2) business days for processing to anticipate delivery.

All order will require a signature for delivery by default.

Orders needing to be reshipped due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information will be charged a $15.00 reshipping fee to the original credit card used to place your order.


ASUS eStore provides a 90-day limited warranty period from order date for the following products:
  • Battery
  • Power Supply
  • AC Adapter
  • Car Charger

ASUS eStore guarantees that the product purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 90-day limited warranty and will be handled by the ASUS return policy. 

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If a product is defective upon delivery please contact an ASUS eStore team member within 14-calendar days2 upon order date to receive return instructions.

Wrong Product Received

If a product is received incorrectly upon delivery please contact an ASUS eStore team member within 14-calendar days2 upon order date to receive return instructions.


ASUS eStore will provide a refund for eligible returns1 that are requested within 14-calendar days2 of the order date. All eligible refunds will be for merchandise total and applicable sales tax per original order. Shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund. All eligible returns will be issued an RA (Return Authorization) number and RA form. Once RA# is issued, merchandise must be received at our ASUS facility as indicated on your RA form within 30-calendar days. Any returns received 31-calendar days or more will be returned (at customer's expense) and no longer eligible for return.

1Selected items are not eligible for return and will be marked as so (Example: Final Sale items, Software, driver disc, open/altered original packaging, and/or damaged items). 

ASUS Certified Refurbished Products are eligible for return within 21-calendar days of the order date and will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase amount


ASUS eStore does not offer exchanges.

Clearance Items

ASUS eStore provides a 30-day limited warranty period from order date for clearance items. ASUS eStore does not offer refund on clearance items.
